Electrical installation from the ground up
We lay cables, set up distribution boards, sockets, switches and lighting — in new builds, during renovations and when an existing installation needs to be extended. You get a system that fits how you use the space and is documented in a traceable way.
What electrical installation includes
From the first conduit in the shell to the labelled distribution board, we handle the complete electrical work of a property — for private customers, property managers and businesses in Rendsburg and the surrounding area.
- Laying cables: conduits and sheathed cables under plaster, in ceilings, drywall partitions and installation ducts — lighting circuits in 1.5 mm², socket circuits in 2.5 mm²
- Setting up and installing distribution boards: meter cabinet and sub-distribution, circuits split across circuit breakers, residual current devices with 30 mA trip current for socket circuits
- Mounting sockets: fitting flush-mounted boxes, single and multiple combinations, splash-proof outdoor sockets, connections in the kitchen and utility room
- Switches and push-buttons: single-pole, two-way and intermediate switching, dimmers, motion and presence detectors in stairwells and utility rooms
- Connecting lighting: ceiling and wall outlets, recessed spotlights in suspended ceilings, outdoor and pathway lights, emergency and orientation lighting in stairwells
- Installing fixed connections: cooker, instantaneous water heater and wallbox on their own circuit, roller shutter motors, fans, doorbell and intercom systems, network and antenna sockets
- Equipotential bonding and earthing: main earthing busbar, connection of water, gas and heating pipes, protective-earth testing of all sockets
- Surge protection: arresters in the distribution board, fine protection added for technical rooms and office workstations
New build, renovation, extension
Three starting points, three approaches: in a shell we have a free hand, in an occupied renovation we work room by room, and for an extension what matters first is what the existing distribution board can still handle.
New build
We visit the site twice: for the rough-in installation, when the walls are up but the plaster is not yet applied, and for the final installation after the painter and flooring have finished. In between lies the construction phase of the other trades, during which the cables remain protected in chases and ceilings.
Renovation of an occupied property
We proceed room by room, so that the kitchen and bathroom are not out of service at the same time. Power cuts are announced the day before, dust is kept to a minimum with dust barriers and extraction, and every room has usable wiring again by evening.
Extension
New sockets, a circuit for the wallbox, lighting in the attic: beforehand, we check the condition and spare capacity of the distribution board. If there is not enough room, we show you what an extension would cost and from what point a full rewiring is the more sensible solution.
From the survey to the documentation
Every project with us starts with an on-site appointment and ends with documents you can pass on to the next company, the landlord or the insurer.

On-site survey
We look at the property, take measurements, check the meter location and existing cable routes, and ask how you plan to use the rooms — where the cooker will stand, where the desk will go, where the car will charge later. This appointment is the basis for any reliable quote.

Planning and quote
You receive an installation plan per room showing the number and position of sockets, switches and light outlets, as well as the circuit layout. The quote is calculated based on the survey and broken down by item, so you can remove or add individual parts.

Marking and approval
Before the first channel is cut, we mark the box heights directly on the wall and walk through them with you. Anything moved at this stage costs nothing — after plastering it would mean extra work.

Rough-in
Milling channels, fitting boxes, pulling cables, installing the distribution board. Everything stays openly accessible until you or the site manager have seen it. Only then do we clear the walls for plastering.

Final fit-out
After plastering, painting and flooring, we fit switches, sockets and covers, mount the light fixtures, finish wiring the distribution board and label every circuit.

Testing, handover, documents
We test the protective earth, insulation resistance, loop impedance and the tripping of the residual current devices, walk through the system with you and hand over the test report and circuit overview.
Every circuit has a name
The distribution board determines whether an installation is still maintainable years down the line. We split circuits by usage, leave room for future expansion, and label every switch – so no one has to guess the next time work needs doing.

A new build, a renovation in an occupied house and a commercial unit place very different demands on the electrical installation. Choose the area that applies to your project.
Planning before the shell construction
Together with you, we determine where cables, boxes and connections go while the walls are still open. This way, later changes remain the exception.
Rough installation
Conduits, cable routes and boxes are set before plastering and drywall follow. The meter location and the sub-distribution are created according to the applicable requirements of the network operator.
Final assembly and commissioning
Switches, sockets, lights and distribution are set, connected and measured. You receive the measured values documented for acceptance.
Work in an occupied house
We coordinate the sections so that the kitchen, bathroom and heating remain usable as continuously as possible. We announce power-free periods in advance.
Connection to existing installations
We check existing cables before new ones are connected to them. Where the existing system is no longer viable, we say so openly and show the alternative.
Dust and cleanliness
Slots and openings are created with extraction, and walkways are covered. At the end of work, we clear the areas again.
Distributions and sub-distributions
For offices, workshops and retail space, we set up distributions with clear circuit allocation and labelled documentation.
Lighting and emergency lighting
We install lighting for workstations, sales areas and traffic routes, including the associated safety technology.
Appointments outside of operating hours
We schedule work that disrupts operations, by arrangement, for times with low customer traffic.
Before construction starts
What gets decided early
Some points can only be addressed later with considerable effort once the plastering is done. That's why we discuss these questions with you during the site visit.
