From a Single Socket to Full Renovation
We handle small jobs just as readily as renovations spanning several floors – and work in occupied apartments so that light and power are back on by evening.
Electrical installation
New builds, extensions and conversions: planning cable routes, fitting sockets, setting up distribution boards, connecting end devices. Also individual additions such as an extra socket in the study or an outdoor light at the carport.
Electrical rewiring
Old wiring, classic neutral earthing, undersized distribution boards: we renew the system in sections or completely – from the meter cabinet to the last junction box – while keeping the home usable throughout.
E-Check and inspections
Recurring inspection of fixed installations and portable appliances: visual check, measurement, functional test. Every inspection ends with a report you can present to your insurer or the authorities.
Fault repair service
A fuse trips repeatedly, the RCD triggers for no apparent reason, half the home is without power: we narrow down the fault using a measuring device and insulation testing, and restore operation.

Many jobs are done within half a day – we're happy to combine them so travel and circuit shutdown only need to happen once.

Cable routes are marked before milling and photographed after installation. That way, even years later, you'll know exactly where a cable runs inside the wall.

1. Inquiry and Initial Clarification
You tell us by phone or via the form what's involved: the building's age, the type of meter cabinets, and whether the rooms are occupied. For smaller jobs like sockets, lights or a faulty switch, this information is usually enough to schedule an appointment.

For larger projects, we inspect the system on site. We open the distribution board, check cable cross-sections, fusing, and whether a residual current device (RCD) is present. Old fabric-insulated cables, missing protective earth conductors or screw-type fuses are typical findings in houses built before 1975.
You receive a written quote broken down by material and labour. We list secondary work such as chiselling, plastering or scaffolding separately, so you can see which part of the total relates to what.
We coordinate shutdown times in advance, cover floors and furniture, and work with dust extraction. In rented units, we coordinate access appointments directly with tenants or the property management.
To finish, we measure insulation resistance, loop impedance and the tripping time of the protective devices. You receive a test report, the updated circuit diagram of the distribution board, and a briefing on any new components.

What Determines the Costs
Flat-rate prices without looking at the installation would be dubious. The following pointers show you which factors we calculate – it becomes binding with the written quote.

Surface-mounted wiring in a cellar or garage is significantly cheaper than concealed wiring in inhabited rooms. In solid masonry, chasing, dust protection, and closing the chases are added, while in drywall and older buildings with timber joist ceilings, cables can often be run through existing cavities.

- Condition of the distribution board
Is the existing meter cabinet sufficient, or does it need to be rebuilt to current dimensions and protection standards? Replacing a distribution board involves coordination with the grid operator, deactivation, new busbars, RCDs, and circuit breakers for each circuit.
- Number of circuits and devices
Calculation is done per circuit and per switch point. Deciding on the positions of sockets, switches, and outlet points in advance avoids costly changes during execution.
- E-Check and inspections
The effort depends on the number of circuits or the portable devices to be inspected. For recurring inspections for property management companies and businesses, we bill several units in a single appointment.
