Your enquiry reaches us directly
Write to us via the form or give us a call: we'll clarify your request, estimate the scope of work and arrange an appointment with you — for private households, property management companies and commercial businesses.
Inquiry
Two ways, one point of contact
Whoever writes to us gets their inquiry documented in writing; whoever calls can resolve questions immediately. Either way, it reaches the same person in Rendsburg.
Form
- Description, property address and photos in one go
- Documented traceably, also useful for property management companies
- Response on business days, not in real time
Phone
- Immediate assessment of whether an appointment or immediate action is needed
- Questions about meter number, access and keys resolved right away
- Not staffed continuously outside office hours
Before your inquiry
Four details save you a callback
The more precisely we know the property, year of construction and your request, the better we can estimate the scope of work and materials before the first appointment.
- Property address and type of building — single-family home, apartment unit in a multi-family building, commercial space
- Year built or last electrical work — gives clues about cable cross-sections and the meter cabinet
- Your request in two sentences — new outlets, renovation, e-check, fault finding
- Preferred time frame and access — who lets us in, whether tenants will be present, whether a key is deposited
Photos of the meter cabinet, the distribution board or the affected area are especially helpful. You can attach them to the form or send them by email afterward. If you have an older test protocol, please tell us its date.

After submitting
How your inquiry proceeds
So you know what to expect: here's what happens between your message and the completed appointment, who will contact you and which details make the assessment easier for us.
Receipt and Response
Your message goes directly to our office in Rendsburg. On business days, we usually get back to you by phone or e-mail the same day or the following working day. If a request is unclear – for example because the fuse box isn't described – we call back briefly rather than plan blindly.
Your message goes directly to our office in Rendsburg. On business days, we usually get back to you by phone or e-mail the same day or the following working day. If a request is unclear – for example because the fuse box isn't described – we call back briefly rather than plan blindly.
We distinguish three paths. A fault involving no power on a circuit or a tripping residual current device (RCD) goes to the fault service and is prioritised. An E-Check or a single installation gets a fixed appointment. Larger renovations start with an on-site visit.
For more extensive work, we look at the fuse box, cable routes and building fabric on site. We check whether a protective earth conductor is present, what type of fuse protection is installed, and whether concealed or surface-mounted wiring makes sense. This assessment usually takes 30 to 60 minutes.
You receive a written quote that lists materials and labour separately. We bill smaller jobs by actual time with an hourly rate plus travel, while plannable services such as an E-Check or adding a socket are billed at a flat rate.
We agree the appointment with you and let you know if anything changes. Once the work is complete, you receive documentation in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-600, or the test report for the E-Check – important for insurance, property management and the next inspection cycle.
- Address and floor, plus the year of construction or approximate age of the electrical installation
- A photo of the open fuse box – this lets us identify the fuse type, free slots and whether an RCD is present
- What exactly isn't working: a single socket, a whole room or the entire flat
- Whether the fuse trips immediately again or only after some time
- For rental properties: who has access and who receives the invoice
- Your available time slots for an appointment
