From the distribution board to a fault on Friday afternoon
We look after workshop, office and retail spaces from initial installation through recurring inspections to repairs during ongoing operations.

Systems and distribution boards
New sub-distribution boards, expansion of existing distribution panels, additional circuits for machines, servers or workstations. We label every outgoing circuit and update the wiring diagram.

Lighting
Conversion of hall, office and retail lighting to LED, emergency and safety lighting, zone-based switching as well as motion and daylight control for secondary areas.

Testing of portable appliances
Recurring testing of extension cords, hand tools, kitchen appliances and office equipment in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3. Each device receives a test sticker, and you receive a report with a device list.

Production, sales floor or office should keep running. That's why we plan every appointment so that shutdowns remain brief, announced in advance, and limited to individual circuits.
Site visit and inventory
We walk through the installation with your responsible person, reviewing distribution boards, wiring diagrams and existing inspection reports. We note down system components that must not be shut down — cooling, servers, alarm systems, gate controls.

You receive a written quote with separate line items for materials, installation and testing. This includes the planned appointment, the duration per section, and which circuits will be de-energized during that time.
We work board by board. Before every de-energization, we inform the designated contact person, secure against reactivation, and restore the condition at the end of each section. Off-peak hours and Saturday appointments are possible by arrangement.
After installation, we measure insulation resistance, loop impedance and the tripping times of residual current devices (RCDs), and check the protective conductor connections. The values are entered into an inspection report according to DIN VDE 0100-600 and DIN VDE 0105-100 respectively.
You receive the inspection report, an updated distribution board plan and the wiring diagrams both digitally and on paper. On request, we note the next inspection deadline and get in touch with you in good time before it expires.

We generally inspect portable equipment — anything with a plug, from kettles to power drills — every one to two years, more frequently on construction sites. Fixed installations such as distribution boards, cabling and permanently connected machines are usually due every four years, while residual current devices (RCDs) are tested by you every six months using the test button.
The exact deadline is set out in your risk assessment. We propose it, provide the reasoning, and record it in the report.
