Process without surprises
From the initial enquiry through the on-site appointment to final acceptance: you know at every step who will be in touch, what we bring along and what we need from you.
A fixed process makes appointments easier to plan
Every enquiry goes through the same five steps with us — whether it's replacing a single socket or renovating a whole flat in an older building.
An electrical job rarely involves just one socket: it's about access to the property, power that needs to be switched off temporarily, tenants who need to be informed, and material that has to be available. If you know beforehand in what order this happens, there's less need to ask. That's why we keep every job on the same track — enquiry, response, on-site appointment, execution, sign-off — and tell you what comes next at each stage.
Five steps to handover
Between your message and the finished installation lie five fixed stages. How long each one takes depends on the scope — the order always stays the same.
- 1
Request
You write to us via our inquiry form or call: +49 30 23125102. It helps to know the location and type of property, what needs to be done, and whether it's urgent. Photos of the fuse box or of the area in question often save us having to follow up with questions.
- 2
Response during office hours
We get back to you within office hours — Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7:30 am to 1:00 pm. In the call, we clarify whether an on-site appointment is needed or whether the work can be scheduled directly. For faults, we agree on the approach by phone.
- 3
On-site appointment
We inspect the fuse box, cable routes and surfaces, and take measurements where needed. This tells us what material is required and how many working days to allow. On this basis, you receive a written quote — not before.
- 4
Execution
We arrive at the agreed appointment with material and tools. Before any power is switched off, we tell you which circuits are affected and for how long. We cover work areas and tidy up at the end of each working day; for multi-day jobs, we leave the site in a usable condition each evening.
- 5
Acceptance and documentation
We test the new circuits, walk through the installation together with you, and show you what switches what. You receive the test report for the installation, and on request a circuit diagram or the circuit list for the distribution board. Only then do we issue the invoice.
What speeds up the on-site appointment
Three things almost always determine whether an appointment is done in two hours or needs a second visit: preparation, access and material.
Preparing the room
Clear the work areas: cabinets in front of the meter cabinet, shelves on wall surfaces, sensitive furniture in the work zone. Chasing work creates dust — it's best to move textiles and electronics to another room.
Access to the property
Someone needs to let us in, or we need a key by arrangement. For work in the meter cabinet or basement, please clarify in advance who has access to technical rooms and the utility connection room.
Material and delivery time
We carry common switches, boxes, cables and protective devices in our vehicle. Special switch ranges, meter cabinets or light fittings are ordered — we only schedule the execution appointment once the material has arrived.

Measured before invoicing
Every new or modified circuit is tested before we hand over the installation. We record the result in the test report — you receive it together with the circuit list for the distribution board.
View inspectionsPlanned job or fault
We plan a renovation calmly and thoroughly; a blown fuse, on the other hand, we don't. Both routes start with a phone call, but continue differently from there.
Planned job
- On-site appointment with assessment of cable runs and meter cabinet
- Written quote with material and scheduled working days
- Power cut times agreed in advance, with lead time for notice in rental properties
- Execution only once the ordered material has arrived
Fault
- Approach agreed by phone, call-out by arrangement
- Troubleshooting first, then a safe interim solution so the home stays usable
- Repair often scheduled as a second, planned appointment
- No fixed response times promised, no quote before troubleshooting
When you can reach us

Your part
What makes preparation easier
The more we know about your building before the first appointment, the more accurate our assessment will be. Two short lists show which details help us and what is useful to have ready on site.
If you're missing some of this information, that's not a problem: we'll clarify the open points together at the appointment.
Helpful already when enquiring
- The property's address and year of construction, if known
- Type of project: new installation, renovation, inspection or fault
- Photos of the meter cabinet and of the affected area
- Existing documents such as old inspection reports or wiring diagrams
- Your timeframe and whether other trades are involved
- Who the on-site contact person is and how we can gain access
Helpful on the day of the appointment
- Clear access to the meter cabinet, basement and technical rooms
- Furniture and stored items cleared away from work areas
- Pets kept in a separate room
- Information on which devices must stay on the grid, such as servers or refrigerated goods
- Tenants informed if the power will be temporarily switched off
- A parking space nearby for the workshop vehicle
