Electrical work that fits the existing building fabric
We install, refurbish and inspect electrical systems for private customers, property management companies and commercial businesses – from a single circuit to a complete overhaul of the household electrics.

Our services
Four areas, one team
New build, older property, office or stairwell: we handle electrical work from the first cable to final acceptance – and we also come out at night when the power goes off.

Electrical installation
New circuits, meter cabinets, lighting, network sockets and charging points – planned around your actual needs rather than the bare minimum standard.

Electrical refurbishment
Renewal of old wiring, replacement of fabric-insulated cables and screw fuses, retrofitting of RCDs – carried out in stages, even in occupied homes.

E-Check and inspections
E-Check for residential and commercial properties, testing of portable appliances and recurring system inspections – each with a report of the measured values.

Emergency callout service
Blown fuses, short circuits, broken cables: we narrow down the cause, restore power supply and note down what needs to be done permanently.

How your project proceeds with us
From the first phone call to the handover of documents, you always know who will be at your property and when, and what the next step will cost. These five steps apply equally to new installations and to refurbishments in occupied buildings.
1. Enquiry and callback
You describe your requirements to us by phone or via the contact form. What matters is the building's year of construction, the type of rooms and whether it's an existing building or a new build. For smaller jobs, we can give you a rough estimate during the call; for larger projects, we arrange a site visit.

For smaller jobs, we can give you a rough estimate during the call; for larger projects, we arrange a site visit.
We inspect the meter cabinet, the existing wiring and the connection setup. We check whether a protective earth conductor is present, what cable cross-sections have been installed and whether the fusing matches current usage. You'll learn what is technically necessary and what remains optional.
You receive a written quote that shows material and labour separately. Any items that can only be finally assessed once walls have been opened are marked as such, with a defined price range. This means there are no surprises on the invoice later.
We coordinate appointments with you and, if necessary, with other trades. In occupied rooms, we work in stages to keep the kitchen and bathroom without power for as short a time as possible. Dust protection, covers and tidying up the work area at the end of the day are all part of the job for us.
At the end, we test the system: continuity of the protective earth conductor, insulation resistance, loop impedance and the tripping time of the residual current devices. You receive a test report, the updated wiring diagram or distribution board labelling, and the invoice with the labour portion clearly shown.
Pricing
What determines the cost
Electrical work rarely comes with a flat price, because cable routes, wall construction and the condition of the existing system make every job different. The following guide prices give you an idea of the typical scale of common jobs – we provide the binding price in the quote after the site visit.
Guide Prices for Common Jobs
All prices include VAT, excluding travel costs and special components.
Prüfungen
- Electrical safety check for flats up to 4 rooms
Visual inspection, measurement of all circuits, functional test of residual current devices, test report and inspection sticker.
More rooms or additional circuits increase the time required.
- Testing of portable appliances (DGUV V3)
Repeat testing of office and workshop equipment in commercial settings, including equipment list and test report.
Lower unit price from 30 devices upward.
Installation
- Adding an extra socket or switch
Chase out the recess, run cable from the nearest distribution point, connect and test. Plastering of the chases on request.
Surface-mounted is significantly cheaper than flush-mounted in existing buildings.
- Replacing a meter cabinet
New cabinet to current standards, split across multiple circuits, residual current device, surge protection, registration with the grid operator.
Depends on the number of meters, available space, and condition of the main supply line.
Service
- Fault repair service, first hour
Fault diagnosis for short circuits, tripping breakers, or partial power loss, including measuring equipment.
Surcharge applies outside business hours and on Sundays and public holidays.
Service Area
Our service area around Rendsburg
We deliberately work locally: short distances mean short waiting times and that we can come back a second time in case of a fault, without the travel dominating the job.
Where we regularly work
We're happy to consider locations outside this area on a case-by-case basis – especially for larger renovations or recurring inspections for property management companies.

From the Workshop
Common cases from practice
Three situations come up especially often in Rendsburg residential buildings. They show how to recognise an ageing installation – and how the solution can usually be handled without a full renovation.
Three typical tasks
Anonymised examples from completed jobs. The effort and outcome always depend on the specific installation.
This helps us during the appointment

Service packages compared
The three ways in which we look after an installation differ in scope – not in care. Which one fits your building is something we clarify at the first appointment on site.
